Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed via badkamerdeals.be. By placing an order the customer expressly accepts these terms.
Article 1 — Seller
badkamerdeals.be, Mellestraat 43, 9050 Ghent, Belgium. VAT: BE 0695.597.094.
Article 2 — Offer and prices
All prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT (21% or the applicable rate), unless stated otherwise. Prices and stock are fetched in real-time from our suppliers and may change. In case of obvious error badkamerdeals.be may refuse or cancel the order.
Article 3 — Order and confirmation
The contract is formed when the customer places the order and completes payment. The customer receives a confirmation email. badkamerdeals.be may refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, incomplete data or insufficient stock.
Article 4 — Payment
All orders are paid upfront via Mollie (Bancontact, credit card, bank transfer). B2B invoices are issued immediately and are not payable on terms unless expressly agreed.
Article 5 — Delivery
Delivery is made directly from our distribution partners to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative. badkamerdeals.be cannot be held liable for delays caused by the supplier or carrier.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after receipt. The customer notifies the withdrawal via info@badkamerdeals.be and returns the products within 14 days. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of defect or incorrect delivery. Customised or visibly used products are excluded.
Article 7 — Warranty
The statutory 2-year warranty for consumers applies. Manufacturer warranties are added on top. Defects must be reported immediately.
Article 8 — Liability
badkamerdeals.be's liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 — Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all contracts. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, Ghent division.
